YF1600 PP SPUNBONDED NONWOVENS PRODUCTION LINE

Uses and characteristics: It directly makes polypropylene as raw material into mesh by melt spinning, then makes it into fabric by strengthening with thermal bonding. It is suitable for medical sanitary material, agriculture fabric, furniture decoration and packing materials, etc.
Net products width: 1.6m, product specification: 15g-150g/square meter; Capacity: 100kg-200kg/h, based on 30GSM. 5T/day for 100GSM. We also supply 2.4m and 3.2m.

Requirement for the workshop:
1. (20Mx15Mx12M)
Equalor bigger than the following size: LxWxH 40mx15mx12m(do not include the storing house for raw material. )
2. The fireproofing grade in production plant is c grade, party A shouldcollocate relevant fireproofing equipment as per rules.
3. The illumination, life and industrial water in the production plant
Should be designed as per national standards.
4. The ground of production plant should be made from terrazzo.
5. The low power distribution room should be built ouside of plant, civil
Work requirments and tapping position which aren't be marked in the
Picture should bedesigned by special department and propose
Requirments. Inbuild the gauge ground cable outside the plant, and the
Resistance value can't be over 2 ohm.
6. Install wall low pressure socket at two side of plant.
7. Open the air-conditioning duct manhole when installing the equipments
According to specific situation.
8. Plant, pillar of steel platform and equipment basics are carried out by local design according to scale load.
9. The cooling tower should be installed in shady and ventilating place
Outside according to site specific situation.
10.400KW The full machine power loading need 400KW.
