The latest product RPQE double needle row quilting embroidery machine has been developed to suit for higher speed and high quality home-woven, garment, bag, suit case industry. It combines quilting and embroidery design in one shot, it is charactered by not only higher speed, higher productivity and more sewing thickness, but also making more smooth embroidery, more accurate design, more combination of designs, and also less jump stich and less needle breakage.
The 3.2 meter quilting width adapted to the current home-woven industry nicely, and the combinatin of design finsh one shift also improve effeciency greatly. For garment industry, while the width is less than 1.6meter, the machine can embroider on two pieces one time.
Main Character:
1. Jumbo rotary hook. 120meter thread for longer continuous quilting. Independent needle bar /presser foot, the sewing out will be equal as flat sewing machine.
2. No jump stitch. Nice sewing out of design.
3. No need for backing and design won't dis-shape.
4. Use not only quilting thread but also works with embroidery thread.
5. Oil-Free design. Rotary hook and needle bar shafts no needle oil life time, no risk of fabric damage.
6. Computer operation same as quilting machine with extra function of embroidery design.
7. Adjustable two needle rows come in one line or in cross lines. Working simultaneously.
8. Suitable for high quality quilting products.
9. Highest speed come to 850RPM. Normal working speed 600RPM with little thread breakage.
