Application and features:
This machine mainly consists of fabric feeding device, gel point transfer device, baking device, compounding device, cooling device, traction device, rolling device, lining unreeling device and electric control part etc., it has compact structure and high level of automation and it can carry out surface sizing & compounding between cloth and cloth or polar fleece, suede nap and lamb nap etc., it is applicable for industries of garment, shoe-making and upholstering etc. Because there are several pressure points at front and back ends of the fabric during the operation process and the tension of fabric should be constant, all the complete appliances adjust operation speed according to different composite materials, in the meantime, it can assure operation synchronization between front and back ends. This machine uses advanced DC linkage synchronization control technology to assure synchronous operation between composite materials at front and back ends and make the tension of composite material keep even & consistent.
