General features

Positions per machine

One section have 4 positions, from 4 up to 40 positions.

Central control unit

Consisting of inverters individually controlling in a synchronized way to traverse motors, the take-up and the feeders motors.

Threading

The threading is made with the position stopped or on microspeed to make it easier for the operator

Yarn oiler

Each position has yarn oil device. The oil is fed by pump.

Cradle

Made of steel, equipped with stabilizer, retractable center.

Right or left tailing device.

Upper creel

Two creels for each position.

Electronic yarn sensors

Two sensors for two supply yarn, one for the spandex and one before the take-up for the air-covered yarn.

Automatic single position stop in the following cases:

Yarn breakage(quick stop)

When the take-up package has reached the set measurement.

The air flow stop.

4 positions/spindles for each section(10 section x 4 = 40 positions on each complete machine)
5 motors and 5 inverters for each position
