Based on abroad sample machine's technology, Zhangjiagang Raidsant Machinery developed a new-generation wool washing line, from raw material bag breaking, washing, drying and automatic packing, to grease reusing, waste water recycling processes, all of that are automatic. Every performance is equal to or even better than abroad's.

This production line is of big capacity, low energy-consumption as well as high automatic degree, and it adopts recycled water treatment system. Meanwhile, Grease in wool can be recycled to be used as good lubrication grease in metal fiber forming industry, so this line is also of high economy value and suitable for middle-size and small-size enterprises' investment.

The use of supercritical fluid carbon dioxide (SF-CO2) in extraction of lanolin and its alcohol is superior to the conventional solvent extraction method. Its distinctive advantages include highextractive ratio, nontoxic and nonflammable solvents, and minimal by -product pollution. The resulting refined lanolin and its alcohol have light color and little odor, and can be used as raw materials.
