This machine mainly to produce the material for the fillings of pillow which feels so smooth and soft.

This equipment is a machinery to rub and roll the chemical fibre into pearl-sized fiber balls. So the chemical fibre need not to be loosened in advance. Have good adaptability to such various kinds of chemical fibre as Yizheng Fiber, etc...China--patented technologies have been uniquely applied in this machine.

Operated by only one person, it can be fed and discharged continuously with stable output. The output is 50 kilograms per hour.

The degree of tightness of the ball can be regulated. Balls made with different varieties of chemical fibers may have different sizes and evenness in size which are impossible to get adjusted.
The chemical fiber must be 3-dimensionally curled, silicon added polyester fiber of 6D to 15D and 64 mm. Usually, 7D*64mm is adopted.

The motor 5.5 KW and 12 ampere, is provided with a power source switch box. The main machine: Length x width x height = 2.1 x 0.7 x 1.05 (M). Net weight: 400 Kg. Size of the package box: Length x width x height = 2.25 x 0.8 x 1.2(M). Gross weight: 550 Kg.
