This machine can takes PP as raw materials and even 100% recycled material. After the materials are heated, extruded, cutted and stretched into flat or round fibre then rolled for circular loom weaving.
Our company has improved the machine. The flat fibre is drawn out with the material such as reclaimed material powder and pellet materials through the machine. The screw cylinder of extruder is made by 38CrMoAlA alloy steel. It's hardness is higher than HV95%. After Nitrogen treatment it's durable. Adopt the ultraded rays lamp tube style heating method, compare the traditional method, it can reduce 50% power, also fast to make the material to be melted.
The extruder and drawing parts are with stepless speed regulation. All drive rollers are electroplated with chromium. with magnetic powder clutch to control the tension.
