Description:
>Plush Toy Stuffing Machine can be handled with polyester fiber material and other soft stuffing material and fill into plush toys, cushions and sleeping pillow etc. The material must be opened before stuffing.
>The machine has clear appearance and is assembled very hermetically, so there will be safe and sanitary.
>There should be one air compressor to provide the air pressure to the main stuffer, so that the material can be blow out and stuff into the toy skins easily. Through the small window you should see the inner of the machine working condition.
>The whole processing is adjusted by electricity foot switch which is very high capacity about 150-180kg per hour. It can be about 50 operators hand working quantity. For controlling the speed of motor and rollers, there is less noise and make sure the motor is not damaged.
>According to the different size of the teddy bear the stuffing nozzle can be flexible and changeable.
