Description:
>Ball Fiber Machine can be used 3diamensional hollow conjugated siliconized polyester fiber shorter than 100mm.

>But The best fiber choice is 7D * 64MM siliconized PSF.
>Put less than 3000g raw matrial once a time, adjust the producing timer according to your request. Normally, at the beginning of opening the machine, it is better to adjust around 75 seconds, then because of the machine is working, the tempreture is a little high, so adjust to 30 to 40 seconds, it will be the same size fiber ball you have got.
>After the raw material goes into the machine, the roll which used for sending material will be stop, at the same time, producing timer begins to work, after the fixed time, the fiber ball will be out of the machine automatically. The finished fiber ball is very soft and good elasticity, so that saves material cost for the customer.
