HOW TO USE Needle Detector Machine
1. Plug in and turn on the power switch, power indicator lights and simultaneous operation of all lights are flashing 3 times on the panel, and display the current time after a while. You may adjust the sensitivity right now, press and hold the arrow up that increase the sensitivity, will increase a level with each pressing. Press the arrow down that reduce the sensitivity on the contrary.
2. Set the time
Click the function setting button, panel displays "y200x". While "x" flashing, pls press the sensitivity arrow button up to fit for the current year, then click the function setting button, year set is completed.
By this time, the panel displays "aabb" the four numbers. "AA" flashing firstly for yr choosing month. Press the sensitivity arrow button up or down to set the correct month, then click the function setting button, month set is completed. To set the date with "bb" in same way.
3. Set the rewind time
Click the function setting button till panel displays "n=x, y". "x" & "y" are the flashing numbers and represent the time of rewinding, for example: 1.6 or 1.8sec. Pls press the sensitivity arrow button up or down to set the time, increase or less 0.2sec each press. Finally complete this set by clicking the function setting button.
4. Set the print
Click the function setting button till panel displays "P=C" or "P=E", press the sensitivity arrow button to set the "P=E"(English printing), complete this set by clicking the function setting button.
Press "print" button to print the test result.

5. Set the test standard
Click the function setting button till panel displays F=0.5 or F=1.0^^ At the time, press the sensitivity arrow button up or down to set the test standard. Can set eleven grade from fe=0.5mm to fe=4.0mm according to different test request. (0.5mm means the diameter of metal ball)
6. Set the counting figure
Press start button, click the function setting button to select the Mode B or Mode C according to your need. The left of panel will show the state of position to your selection. Press the counting switchover you can select "qualification""disqualification" and "total amount" with indicator lights accordingly.
7. Clear the counting figure
In the standby mode, select the object to be cleared. Press and hold the count switchover, release until figure flashing on the display. After that, clear the figure by clicking the count switchover once again.

8. The use of automatic key and manual key
To select the machine by automatically start or manual start. Under the automatic position, the machine will be re-started automatically after alarm conveyor belt rewinding.
9. Position display
Can accurately show the approximate location of needle or metal items, convenient to workers quickly identify needle with hand needle detector.
10. Functions display screen can show the working status of the machine clearly and directly.
11. To ensure the testing quality, must test the machine first with standard test block a few times before each use.

12. Machine is equipped with protection circuit under the automatic position. The machine will automatically shut down if there are no testing items in 10 minutes. Machine mustl be manual shut down if it is under manual start position.
13. Recommends to work the machine as followings each month if the machine is not used for a long days. Running the machine for half an hour, whole day the machine powers on.
That's benefit for maintaining machine optimum position.
