High Temperature Pressure Package Dyeing Machine
The machine is used at for dyeing orpretreatment and after-treatment of package yarns made of polyester and blended fibers.
General
The newest construction and control means are employed on the SMF2402 Series High Temperature and Pressure Package Dyeing Machines with low liquor ratio, less energy consumption and high efficiency to realize the newest dyeing process theory of right-first-time. Responsibility and realiability can be ensured because of the monitering and control function produced by PLC and computer, which provide reasonable flow control, proportional dosing and proportional temperature rise.
Applications
The machine is used at high temperature for dyeing or pretreatment and after-treatment of package yarns made of polyester and blended fibers. It can also be used at normal temperature for dyeing or preteatment and after-treatment of package yarns made of cotton, hemp, acrylic, wool. Other forms of fibers, such as slivers, hank soft cheese, bulk fiber, cakes(viscose), nylon zipper, tickling buckle tape, warp yarn can also be treated after the displacement of dyeing carriers.
