After processed by leasing machine, side-to-center shading can be solved completely, because it has high color fasten and good quality in sizing beam.

Denim producing process:
Ball warping — Dyeing — Leasing— Sizing — Weaving

This is good for sizing process, obviously improve the sizing quality. When using airjet looms, the average efficiency is not less than 95%. The warp beam from ball warp dyeing is much better than normal sheet sizing - dyeing machine, then increase the loom efficiency. Good doffing quality, easy and convenient operation. Continuous running without consumptions, suitable for volume-produce.
