Feature: DF241-B series high-temperature and high-pressure dyeing machine is suitabla for dyeing cotton, polyester/cotton, polyester, polyester, acrylic, nylon, ramie cotton, wool yarn and zipper. It is euipped with different creels, dyeing different yarns, such as cheese, skein, beamed yarn and loose wool etc.

Function:
The Air cushion type: According to the category of yarn and dyeing techniques, this method can adjust bath ratio(1: 5-1: 8). The quality is reliable and the operation is easy. It can also adjust the yarn volumn and choose the prooer bath ratio according to the order. It can save the energy, water, steam and additives.
The filling type: The traditional auxiliary pump pressure type has outside circulation system. It is easy to observe dyeing process and convenient to use (bath ratio1: 8-1: 10)
The mixed type: This type has two functions: In this way, all have a hybrid with type and steam mat type two kinds of functions.

Advantages
1). It adopts the new imported centrifugal pump with high performance and high efficiency which can save energy, prolong the service life and satisfy the need of different cheese dyeing.
2). It uses high-efficient outside heat exchanger device which has the strong heat exchanger effect. It can also lower the sarong position and reduce the bath ratio.

It can control curve charging by temperature, control the speed; It can control dyeing process requirements automatically such as water, drainage, heating, cooling and washing etc. It can connect the central control system.
