PURPOSE:
M204QT inspecting-rolling machine is mainly applied in textile mill, dyeing plant, etc, to inspect large fabric roll (including A-frame) synchronously and with costant tension by directly connect to the power unit of the machine. (The A-frame used for winding and unwinding should be prepared by customers, and its central height should be same).
FEATURES:
1. PLC controls machine running.
2. Frenquency variation and stepless speed adjustment.
3. Photoelectric device for automatic edge-alignment.
4 Photoelectric device for machine stop when no fabrics.
5. Electronic length counter (allows to count, fix and totalize the length in meter, yard as well as display the rolling speed).
6. Sampling could be according to customer's requirement.
7. Upper-lower locking function and cloth-connection function when sampling.
8. May be optionally fitted with a computer interface.
9. May be optionally fitted with an imported or China- made automatic cutter.
10. May be optionally fitted with an imported or China- made length device and printer.
