With the help of a Strong airflow, funiform fabric is fed into the special Venturi tube which is controlled by high-pressure blower under the high temperature, high pressure and high speed. Airlow is the tube rubs fabric and then blowout to let it puffing without pressure. Eventually, cast the fabrics onto stainless steel board behind the machine. Thus, the machine finishes mechanical softening effect three ties for and instant then fabric falls into the main craddle which has the Ptde board on the surface, finally slips to the front of the machine softly.
