2. Feeding Machine
It is suitable to blend the opened fibre in full, and deliver them to next procedure evenly.
The amount of fibre storing is controlled by photoelectric, while the quantity of fibre feeding is controlled by vibrating plate which is adjustable.
The amount of fibre outlet is controlled by photoelectric, the fibre in cotton box transported by spiked apron whose specification is1370*3800mm.
There is a protection plate at the end of cross section of the beater, which could prevent the fibre entwined.
The beater with diameter of φ 310mm, whose surface is fixed by three screw.
The machine frame is weld by high grade carbon steel with δ 8mm thickness. Stress was completely eliminated after quality determined.
The motor of vibrating is 0.75kw*6 normal motor.
The spiked apron is droved by 1.5kw timing motor and 80/10: 1 worm wheel.

The frame of machine modified foreign structure completely and the main frame is bend plate structure, which enjoys enough strength and stability. The rail is resistant to oil leaking. The thickness of straight side is δ 8mm and that of cross side isδ 6mm
Web laying has separate frequency conversion controlling that could ensure the smoothness and evenness of fibre web
Reciprocal controlling by signal colour-infrared rays switcher or PFK controlled by OMLOM electric switch.
All the motors are controlled by frequency conversion
The bottom apron of cross lapper could adjust to the height of 500mm.
The bottom apron and input apron are made of wood.
