We manufacture the most biggest chenille machine with 32 heads max head number with 6 colors. And The biggest machine is 32 heads, the smallest can be 1 head. The more heads the more difficulty in technology.

2 We can make smallest area for chenille as to 3 color we can make 216mm minimum area, but most other factory they need area of 400 or more. So for us, the minimum head interval is 216mm, and can be 3 colors, once the head interval is over 300mm, then 6 colors can be performed. The head internal can be projected freely according to your different requirements., The latest chain machine have independent auto trimmer, automatic lifting. Auto color change, Independent sensor of thread breakage. The less area, the more difficulty in technology.

3. We have Independent motor trimmer of every head. This maybe others also have but we are the first in china that launches this.

4. The latest chain machine has the same speed of 500rpm-600rpm. But no need to change the thread, for it has not bottom thread, can make continual stitch as you want with no thread broken. I think other factory they make max 400 rpm speed.
