This machine is specially designed for 3M cup style mask including froming/welding/cutting. According to hot pressing shaping principle, this machine will process the needle punched nonwoven fabric to cup style. Then the ultrasonic generate to weld the outer of the mask. Finally, adopt hydraulic cylinder to cut off the unnecessary material. This production line is total automatic, and can produce several pieces at one time which can save the cost and increase the output. This production line only need one worker to operate, and the capacity of single machine can up to 20000PCS/day. Compared with semiautomatic production, it can save 6-8 workers and one automatic machine can fully instead of mask forming machine/mask welding machine/mask cutting machine.
