Machine for cotton yarn, wool yarn, Acrylic yarn, spandex yarn and other blended yarn processing. Can be two or three multiple yarns twisted into strands and directly wound into a cone-shaped tube or cylindrical-type cheese.

Twister principle:
From the feeding tube on the unwinding of the yarn through the tension device, spindle disc inside the hole and twisting to reach the outer surface of guide bar yarn. Folder with the yarn in tension between the spindle out of yarn, I get the first one twist in the yarn guide bar has to be between the second twist; Thus, the spindle has been a turn 2 twist.
Twist the calculation formula: Twist (T / M) = spindle speed (r / min) × 2 / yarn speed (m / min)
