HFGT800 Electromagnetic tension creel

Preparatory to weaving lines of worsted wool textile, cotton and blended staple fibre fabrics.

With the originative and unique electromagnetic tensioner, tension can be set separately or in centralization. Easy operation, versatile for yarn application.

Variety of creels available for option for different requirement, fixed type, turnover type and trolley type etc.
Electric broken end stop motion device ensure checking and instant stop in case of broken end is found. LED lamp indicates the exact place where yarn breaking occur.
Interlocked with warping head to realize tension adjustment function automatically.

High precision controllable tension system
Steady and even tension control, tension fluctuation less than +-1.5cN, tensioner scope 10-40cN.
Tension piece of each tensioner is controlled by a separate motor to prevent it from bing abraded on a fixed point and ensure even and stable tension.
