Commonly used prickers are with 3 barbs on each cording, and for special use of end cloth material, it is with barbs only on one or two cording. The direction of bending needle-head can be inclined left(-)or starboard helm(+), which will protect the end cloth material lengthwise and sidelong, and reduce the damage to the minimun. The direction of prickers can be determined through the location of cording with bards.
