Features:
Jinheng WD-2005D-3 double cylinder socks knitting machine is fully computer controlled. The working speed is stable, brings high efficiency and good quality. This machine can weave all kinds of socks such as sports socks, men's socks, women's socks and children's socks. It also can knit ribbed pattern product.

1. Weaving system is computer controlled, to adjust the elastic band tension and weaving density by stepping motor.
2. Lines leading shuttle and tri-angle switch are electro pneumatic controlled.
3. Sensing device is able to auto-protect, minimize the damage when there is breakdown.
4. Adjustable oil auto-feeder, to ensure the high speed running.
5. Servo control technology make the high speed running more stable.
6. Character and figure are clearly displayed on large LCD, visual menu make the operation easier.
7. If unexpected power off, the machine can memory the current weaving position for continue weaving.
8. The memory size is 1GB. Pattern and data can be input to the machine memory by USB disk, or output into USB disk for storage.
9. High-speed running brings high output, forward running speed is 280-320 turns/min., reciprocating running speed is 260-280 turns/min.
10. Password protection for parameter setup, to avoid the inadvertent change or unallowed modification.
11. Advanced weaving system can produce numerous varieties of socks, and maintenance is convenient.
