High Capacity Single Jersey Machine
1. The traditional way of knitting and rolling (take down) must be driven synchronously. The fold-mark can not be eliminated. LKM high type single jersey machine solves the problem of inertia by using-mechanics to separate knitting process from rolling process. Therefore, knitting process would not be effected by rolling process.
2. The quantity of the fabric rolled up can be increased enormously and the loss of fabrics edge can be reduced greatly. High capacity take-down system up to 200kgs.
3. The non-mechanical synchronous transmission can roll the fabric at the same time.
