SBY series high speed 4-shuttle and minor 6-shuttle circular loom
This series of circular loom adopts variable frequency control and hyperbola cam, with steady operation low noise, tidy and beautiful weave, and durable accessory parts.
Device characters:
1 It stops automatically when weft ends and breaks, the yield of finished products are high.
2 Electrical motor type weft detector is sensitive and reliable and cannot be influenced by dusts and lights, so one person can operate several machines
3 It is lubricated circularly by force and added oil lacking alarm device, avoiding abnormal attritions
4 The track is added swallow-tailed groove, avoiding shuttles out.
5 The highest revolving speed of the main motor is 150rpm, the theoretical output per shift is(8h)1080m(10× 10PCS/inch)
6 The electrical system is controlled by PLC.
