Filter sleeve automatic sewing product line includes five parts: Material feed, automatic sewing machine, and storage, automatic metering and cross cutting as well as main control unit.
1. Automatic feed: It is includes photoelectric monitoring and braking devices. The barking device prevents fabrics rolls from free feed; The photoelectric monitoring device ensures the cloth feeding in the right variation with the sewing speed.
2. Automatic sewing machine: It uses JUKI union special M1261(Japan) as the main sewing machine. Needle gauge: 3.2/3.2mm, stitch length: 2-5mm: Sewing threads. Included is also needle cold air blowing unit, pneumatic presser foot device, and nonwoven guiding unit. This product line can also carry out the automatic sewing woven fabric for which complete set of special accessories for woven fabric is used, like fiberglass woven fabric and so on.
3. Storage: Filter sleeves are stored here to ensure foregoing sewing not interfering with successive cutting off and material shoving, which will interrupt the running of the whole system.
4. Automatic metering and cross cutting: To set the length of the bag, the cutting is activated at the set length, and bags will be pushed off from the product line onto the windrow table for inspection.
5. Main control unit: Comprises programmable logic controller (PLC) for pneumatic element, inverters and photocells, to ensure coordinated and automatic operations of the overall system, with production display of the day.
6. Key components adopt products from US, Germany and Canada to ensure stable operation and longer service life.
