SBY series high speed 4-shuttle and minor 6-shuttle circular loom

This series of circular loom adopts variable frequency control and hyperbola cam, with steady operation low noise, tidy and beautiful weave, and durable accessory parts.

Device characters:

1 Nodular cast iron small cam designed. The inertia of start-up is small and the speed is high.
2 The cam is lubricated circularly by force, this can promote the efficiency of the machine. It has oil route jam alarming device, avoiding abnormal wearing and tearing of the parts.
3 The dynamotor type weft detector is sensitive and reliable and cannot be influenced by dusts. One person can operate several machines.
4 It stops automatically when weft ends. The surface of the cloth is flat and has no rare weft. The yield of product is high.

5 The track with swallow-tailed cam prevents shuttles out.
6 The oil pump adopts gear pump, so the usage life is prolonged.
7 The structure of device is reasonable, simple and reliable. The quick-wear parts are few. The maintenance is convenient. The revolving cost is low.
8 250 square meters area is occupied per 10 sets devices. The plant needs 350 square meters area(the length is 25 meters and the width is 14 meters). The use ratio can reach 70%.
9 The electrical system is controlled by PLC.
