Application:
The combined dyeing and sizing range is used for continuous dyeing and sizing pure cotton sheets in the reference processes such as Indigo cold dyeing, sulfurizing.
This range is suitable for all shuttleless loom and shuttle loom for jean production.
Main Technical Parameter:
Width of warp beam: 1800mm or 1600mm optional
Diameter of warp beam: 800mm or 1000mm optional
Max. Width of weavers beam: 1800/2000/2200/2500mm
Diameter of weavers beam: 805 or 1016 optional
Max. Working speed: 30m/min

Feature:

1. Machine head: Electric width adjustable style or fixed style 2200/2500/2800/3000mm
2. Warp beam: 550mm-1000mm ( Can be assorted for all looms in and out China)
3. Winding: 1)frenqueny winding-unwinding contiuous transmission. AC frequency motor drive the weaver's beam directly, achieving the constant tension winding.
2)continuous transmission adopt PUX3, PUX4, PSR6 to achieve the constant tension wraping.
4. Drive: Imported transducer adjust speed. Each units indepently driven with self-synchronal controlled or side shaft overall driven
5. Drying: 18-20 drying cylinder with the diameter of D800mm, temperature auto-controlled
6. Sizing Box: Double-dip and double-press sizing box with the max. Squeezing pressure of 15KN or 25KN.
7. Beam: Dewinding with constant tension or rated pressure
8. Engine: Pneumatic control entirely, adopt famous brand key components such as Japan CKD and German Fasto etc.
