1. This machine is suitable for the before and after processing for cotton, wool, acrylic blended yarn. In one yarn, several dyeing procedures such as swelling, refining, bleaching, dyeing and softening.
2. The distance betwween two yarn bars are from 426 to 855mm, which can satisfy the skein of different length. The full layer model can adapt to the dyeing of different length and special size
3. It adopts precise positive &negative controller, automatically transforms the circulation direction of dyeing liquid, which ensures the average dyeing.
4. The circulating pumpis well designed. It uses multilevel pulley to meet the different types of yarn dyeing process.
5. This type of machine uses double or four machines together which can reduce the craft dyelot.

Standard structure:
1. The body and all the parts which can be touched by the dyeing liquide are made use of high quality stainless steel which prevents corrosion
2. It has the stainless steel highly effective axial flow pump with mechanical seal device.
3it has two sets of yarn bars made of fine rolling seamless steel tube.
4. The guide plate makes the inner dyeing liquid flow averagely.
5. It is equiped with high quality stainless steel feed pump (belowY20)
6. Charging barrels have stirring, charging, recoil, liquid and cleaning device ( below Y200 - without stirring. )
