The HY-3 High Speed Draw Texturing Machine is a newly developed machine with belt false twist, for simutaneous draw texturing of continuous filament polyester 55 dtex to 660 dtex. The maximum mechanical speed is 1200m/min.
Belt false twist units consist of two belts forming a certain angle. When the belts are running there is hardly any slippage between yarn and the belts, and torque is transmitted to the yarn via the belt. These false twist units can produce higher friction forces than disks friction units. The twist can be controlled accurately, the yarn damage is very low and there is no "snow". The POY denier range is high and the belt false twist device can produce various fancy yarns and specialty products.
When a yarn break is detected by yarn sensor, a solenoid valve is shut down and the belt separate automatically. This protects the belts and extends the service life.
The distance between the W2 roller and the secondary heater has been extended by 80mm, which allows the convenient installation of tangle jets.
The machine height has been lowered, which saves ceiling height. The design reflects convenience and a highly efficient mechanical layout.
An optional on-line tension system can provide a close-loop control of the belt pressure.
