Handan Cotton Machinery Co., Ltd(called HCM for short) is one of the main manufacturers of cottonprocessing machinery in the world. It has 1, 200 employees. Since the first unit of saw gin of China was produced by HCM in 1955, through 45 yearsdevelopment, now HCM is supplying cotton ginning, cottonseed delinting, cottonseed treating and oilseed pressing technology and complete lines of equipment to the friends both at home and abroadwith its solid strength and rich experiences. In co-development, HCM will provide plant design, technological design, product design and all kindsof cottoon machinery and relevant technology cooperation.
Advanced Technology
This set of equipment consists of seedcotton auto-feeding system, drying and cleaningsystem, ginning and lint baling system, etc.
The seedcotton is fully cleaned during processing, the moisture contents is controlled effectivelyand lint is cleaned finely.
Three-way valves are separately equipped on the seedcotton drying section, seedcotton cleaningsection and lint cleaning section. According to the cotton conditions, the cotton processingtechnological line can be adjusted quickly which can both assure the seedtotton processing andgjqypgreduce power consumption.
High Capacity
Fully considered the features of hand-picked upland cotton, the main equipments in this set ofequipment are optimum designed by our engineers, and the auxiliary units, such as the conveyingunit, etc. Are also designed with great concentration, bring the potential of each section into fullplay, which lead to an optimal economic benefit.
This set of equipments has good adaptability for the seedcotton moisture content. When theseedcotton moisture content is 8-12%, the equipments can be run normally without drying and assurethe lint quality as well.
High Automation
MANUAL and AUTO modes are designed in this set of equipment and adopt centralcontrolling. When on the AUTo-mode, not only every main equipment can be actualized with auto-controlled, but also the whole technology system can be auto-controlled according to productioncondition.
"Interacting connections"are accomplished between the machines with later procedure protectingfunction. Inspect and control units are equipped on the key points to avoid accident.
Fine Working Environment
Environment in the workship is clean and tidy, equipments are easy to operate.
