1. Double curve cam mechanisn
The cam is designed with advanced double curve, and automatic oil-spraying lubricate fitting. It runs smoothly with low noise and little wear and tear.

2. Weft checker
When weft yarn breaks or bobbin is empty, the weft checker with high precise sensor will reflect the signal information to control system. The machine will be stopped immediately.

3. Control operator
The main function of the control system includes electronically raising cloth, adjusting weft density without shutdown machine, weft yarn compensation, electric recording length, and auto fault recorder. The adoption of the system greatly enhanced productivity and lowered the rate of scrap.

4. Cloth winder
The unit is driven with a magnetic motor constant tape tension incorporating a friction winding design, there's big winding capacity-up to 120cm in diameter.
