Type GA615A4 (4X4) pick&pick changer box shuttle loom, It is developed by our company (Weifang Fuyuan Textile Machinery Co., Ltd). It is a product with our intellectual property rights. It is mainly used for weaving fabric with natural selvedge such as sarong/Lungi, glen check, checked serge, bed sheet, twine cloth, etc. Comparing with Type 1515A1(1X4), GA615A2(1X4) Looms, this loom can insert colour of weft yarn from maximum 4 to 7, therefore it's suitable for weaving complicated fabric of 4-7colours of weft, Its another feature is that it will continuously weave 2-4 pieces of one colour weft no matter which of pick motion and pick&pick motion is adopted to realize continuous wefting of one piece of one colour, but old loom for one colour of weft must minimum insert weft 2 times when it changes to another colour, therefore this loom weave fabric whose colour and variety are more bright and colourful.
This loom can adopt pick motion or pick&pick motion, after a pick&pick motion had been mounted, this loom can continuously pick 2-4 times from one side to other side, therefore the arrangement of shuttle cycle becomes easy, this mechanism is mainly used for weaving very complicated fabric of pattern arrangement.
This loom also can be equipped with multishuttle dobby controlled by computer, computer's programming substitutes for control of pattern card, therefore not only change of product becomes easy and simple, but also a cycle of weft arrangement can reach more than 10000 pieces of weft.
