Structural features:
It consists of a roller-shape cloth-lifting system, a cloth-dyeing (-feeding) systern whith 2 nozzles (front and back), and a cloth swinging system with a left-right range of 80 degrees.
The square-shape front nozzle sprays the dyeing liquid to the fabric with a medium pressure and an even flow. And the round-shape back nozzle sprays once again to the fabric while feeding it, thus greatly improving the dyeing effect on its surface and basically avoiding blocking of the nozzle.

The new-type structure of the tank body makes the dyeing liquid in the tank to circulate more even and strengthens the dyeing effect. The tube-shape grid in the tank improves the fabric moving along the trough, effectively separates
The dyeing liquid from the fabric, promotes the flow back of the dyeing liquid, thus realizes a lower bath ratio.

The highest working temperature: 98 degree centigrade
Temperature-increasing rate: 3.8degree centigrade/min from 20degree centigrade to 98degree centigrade
(based on a saturation steam pressure at 7kg/m² )
Temperature-decreasing rate: 3.3degree centigrade/min from 98degree centigradeto 50degree centigrade
(based on a cooling water pressure at 3kg/m² )
Notes: The round-shape pattern can be chosen for the front nozzle instead of square-shape, according to the customer request.
