Model GA758 flexible rapier weaving machine, adoptes flexible rapier technology with. Dobby sheding device four or six colour weft selection. Outside let-off device is suitable for the demand of improving the quality and fast-changing fibric types, to improve the weaving ability mainly for heavy fibric, many elements were made from light weight and strong carbon fibrecomposited aluminium alloy. The structure is simople and reliable. The frame and mechanism can a be interchanged well with those of shuttle loom, the loom is characterized by easy maintenance, and with high performance and cost ratio.

The floor space: Model GA758 can be compared to a multiple-box loom with the same sleying width, its speed has increased by 30-40% over the shuttle loom, noise is decreased by 10-15Db(A), under the same kind of shuttle loom. In addition, a central lubricating device is adopted for machine and dobby, providing the convenience in maintenance for uers.

This machiing is mainly suiable for producing the plain, twill, satin and tiny desgned fabrics from cotton fibre. Bast fibre, chemical fibre and silk spinning yarn.
