1. Usage and Features:
This machine is used for the sponge to glue laminate with the cloth, EVA, artificial leather, non-woven fabrics and other materials, suitable for the shoemaking, clothing, decoration and automobile, etc, with the characteristics of smooth without knit and firmly fit etc...Due to using the high temperature resistant net belt to press, the laminating is tighter and smoother. Meanwhile, the feeding roller is moved by the cylinder to ensure a rapid, convenient and accurate material alignment.
2. Main configuration:
Material rack: Put the sponge and lining fabric according to the drawing, adjust the offset angle of the tension device according to different lining fabric to obtain the ideal tension.
LScraping glue device: Glue with different amount according to different materials.
LPower and transmission device: The machine uses the frequency conversion speed control motor to drive the baking tube, gumming roller, traction devices and the winding device.
Net belt deviation correcting device: Deviation correcting device is the automatic deviation correcting device which is mainly used for deviation correction when pressing the net belt. Including the cylinder and infrared retrieval device (photoelectric converter), etc...
Baking tube: Baking tube is the main part of the machine internally equipped with heating tube and controlled by electrical appliances to keep a constant temperature.
