Pf2t series continuous switch vertical filter polymer filter, fuel filter, oil filter for nonwoven and psf
1. Application:
POY, FDY, DTY, nylon(pa, pa6, pa66, pa11), PP, non-woven fabrics, (spun-bonded & melt-blown), composite chemical fiber(nylon and polyester), differential yarn and BOPET film, BOPP and BOPE production.
The filters can be designed and manufactured per different application field, such as polyester/pa, filament/non-woven fabric, chip-spinning/regenerated chip-spinning.
2. Advantages:
A. Advanced heating method and desirable heating result: Evenly heating, fast heating, easy to operate(no pre-heating required for filter housing), energy saving.
B. Reliable sealing effect: Filter housing can be installed at the correct place inside the filter.
C. Convenient operation:
3-way continuous switch valve(hand-wheeled)installed. The filtering area can be enlarged greatly when the two cylinders connect together by using the switch valve. (national patented product)
