JPS series of atmospheric and normal temperature spray hank-dyeing machine, its nominal capacity is 10kg to 600kg. It is suitable for bleaching, scouring and dyeing of natural, man-made and synthetic fibers such as mercerized yarn, rayon. Spun silk. Singles actuate rayon. Lien yarn and silk like. Liquor ration (9:1-15:1) can be adjusted according to the variety of the yarns and the dyeing technology. So that energy, water and steam can greatly be saved and about 20% of dyeing stuff and auxiliary agents can be saved as well. At the same time, wasted liquor can be decreased. Therefore, improves the economical results greatly.
