* This product was successfully experimented, put into massive production with the determinde model and started supply to the market in January, 2000 after two years of exploration, development and trials, consulting the SKF samples and information to this item along with the adding of quantitative and qualitative analyses to them.
* The product is purely an imitation, completely similar to the SKF product of the same model in the structure and design. It is moulded through the plastic injection with the carbon fibre and nylon 66 compound material, features a top hardness and firmness. What's more, a stableness is inserted during the operation of the moulding and plastic injection as a through solution of the deformation problem during the application
* Advantage:
1. Handiness in use, top wear-resistence, no deformation, good ageing-resistence, long service circle, a through solution for the defective problems of every 3 month-correction and quick deformation and easily wear-off.
2. Designed to regulate the equilibrium automatically, the rubber ring is always in a tension-balanced state, thanks to which the yarns are uniformly spun along with a big reduction of fat yarns, thin yarns and cotton flosss, a noticeable lowering of the USTER yarn index CV percentage.
