GA615A2(1x4) Changer box loom is a product developed by our own factory. It is a improved product based on 1515A1 loom. It is mainly used for weaving fabric with natural selvedge such as sarong/lungi, glen check, checked serge, bed sheet, twine cloth, etc, Its shedding motion adopts harness frame of aluminum alloy with double tappet. This loom is equipped with a special guide device for harness frame, so the harness frame runs more stable and the broken ends are reduced. It is suited for weaving fabric with high count and high density. In comparison with 1515A1 loom on control of pattern card, this loom has a big improvement. 1515A1 loom can only control positive and negative rotation of pattern card. But GA615A2 loom else can control stop pattern card, so it saves pattern card. A great quantity of this loom were exported in Indonesia. Our factory was awarded the progress prize of science and technique of Shandong province. Its ratio of price to function is very high.
