Using special designed needles with double needle butts ensures the machine steady to run during operation, and keep a perfect quality fabric. To meet customer's individual requirement, uses different types of sinkers to make the terry fabric with a difference of pile height (from 1.0 to 5.0mm), which will get faster return of investment from the machine.
Lycra feeding unit can be installed on this machine also. The knitting is used in raising, brushing, shearing, embossing process etc. To make different kinds of cloth, like flocking and polar fleece. The model of SD-60PK can be equipped with 1 or 2 tracks of cams on dial and 2 on cylinder to knit fabrics involve different patterns of pique terry based fabrics.
