Function and Feature
High-performance card machine for loosing the cotton send by the opening machine and get ridd of impurities like seeds of cotton.
Usage and features: Carding machine is used for processing cotton fiber and chemical fiber etc.

Structure: There are three parts constitute carding machine: 1. Pre-comb parts, inclduing the ubing rolls, feed roller, the cotton board, mote knife, a small underscreen and other components; 2. Main comb parts including cylinder, cover board, card doffer and large under screen and other components; 3. Rope-forming parts: Including stripping cotton roller, loudspeaker mouth, big compression roller and the coiler and other components.
How it works: Its working principle is supplying the cotton or fiber with cotton box which is sent by the front procedure to loosen them and get rid of impurities.
Main specification: Their length and width are depend on the customer's demand.
