CA9-TE is a reinforced yarn cutter (installation method: Screw-on) devoted to textile machinery. It can cut yarns up to 7 000 dtex.

FUNCTIONS:
When yarns move on the textile machinery, to avoid the broken yarn (or yarns) twisting with the other yarns which are in neighboring positions, the breakage or stoppage of one (or more) yarns has to be detected immediately and automatically by yarn sensor. The sensor will give the operator on duty with an alarm of the visible LED flaring signal. Simultaneously it will send out an electrical signal to the CA9-C yarn cutter in order to cutting off the broken yarn and gripping the cut end by the device attached to the yarn cutter itself.
For those processes like winding, spinning, twisting, and rewinding, the yarn should be cut off when the bobbin is full. CA9-C series needs manually reloaded.

PRINCIPLE:
The yarn passes through the groove of the yarn cutter and led by two guiders. When mistake happens (the yarn stop moving or it's broken), the yarn sensor sends out an electrical signal to order the yarn cutter releasing the blade. The broken yarns were cut off and gripped by the yarn cutter.

ELECTRICAL PROTECTION:
CA9-TE is a yarn cutter of electromagnetic prevention and anti-dust. It can work well in some disadvantage environment.
