2 The machine frame has a screw adjustment position, stainless positioning plate and adjustable spring brakes, making it convenient to adjust the position of material, material control bit and the rotation speed of material.
3 The front welding roller is by floating-type, easy to adjust and replace welding rollers.
4 This machine has 2 dragging rollers units. The front dragging roller unit is driven by belt, with slip effect, can be synchronized with the rear traction wheel, playing a supporting role in traction.
5 This machine has two sets of ultrasonic system. During the front welding, the first set of Ultrasonic system welds the unfolded figures of products; The second one welds the products into the desired shape after they have been folded.
6 The machine's folding unit adopts 3 modules of screw adjustment means, making it convenient and rapid to adjust the location and the angle of the set square.
7 The main pulling unit is the rear dragging unit. The rollers are made of high strength rubber, so that the transport of material is smoother.
8 The rear welding unit an important process of welding products into shape.
9 The machine's cutter unit is the main part used to cut the product.
10 The finished product is conveyed by belt, and waste material cleaner pulls the waste materials.
