In 1960s, spinning technology was initiated in BAMTRI. Comprehensive investigation involving spinning deformation mechanism and technology development have been conducted for over 40 years. Variety of components such as fairing, heat insulation cover, missile case, flame tube, tank, noddle cover, and nose were manufactured in our laboratory. Steel, aluminum alloy, titanium, alloy and nickle based alloy blanks were processed to cone, sphere, and curve generatrix parts by using our own spinning machinery which were successfully completed for multi various special purpose.
The types of spinning machinery are as follows:
-PX series conventional spinning machinery
-SY series power spinning machine
-PD series wheel spinning machine
-Necking and closing spinning machine
The spinning machinery categorized as single roller, double rollers and three rollers, and were updated from traditional hydraulic servo system.
We are specialized in addressing our client individual needs for spinning machinery in terms of purpose, dimensional characteristics and any processing problems where off shelf solutions are not available.
