The springs in arms are made of alloy steel wire in high quality of anti-relaxation, and in unique and advanced processing to ensure long operating life. It is applicable to the pure spin and blending of cotton and the fiber length below 65mm.
Characteristics:
1st: The locking device of four-bar linkage is easy and light for loading or unloading, locking is stable and reliable.
2nd: The ends of front, middle, and rear are connected with the pendulum arm, which can adjust parallel between top roller and bottom roller by self-adjusting when the pendulum arm is running.
The degree of parallelization and the three-stage pressures of YJ2-142A, YJ2-142C spring reeling frame are world-class. YJ2 series can correspond very well with SKF series, SKF-PK220, SKF-PK225, SKF-PK2055. They all have the same installing size and overall size, as a result have the good compatibility and commonality
