BY-SES4/6C (D) Single Knit Electronic Striper Machine Series equipped with 4/6 colour Auto-Striper developed by the utilization of the latest electronics technologies incorporating computer designed. This series was developed to knit high quality four/six colour striped and plated fabrics, striping loop yarns only. Variation in dyeing will decrease owing to stabilized yarn position. This machine can also knit reverse plating or covering, by changing sinker cams and needles.

Baiyuan adopted the concept of the computer designed closed cam system and by using this high speed curved cam line for cramming had increased the life of the needle and knit high quality fabrics at top efficiency.

Auto-Striper
This has a very unique and compact design and located inside the cylinder making it possible to set up the yarn carriers, inspect and work on the machine much easier compared with conventional type striper machines. On each respective striper finger is equipped with trapper cutter which made it possible to knit different types of yarns (fashion yarn, filament and spun yarns) or different yarn count yarns knitted fabrics. Further, as the Auto-Striper is constructed with mechanical parts, the solenoid for each respective striper is not required, so complicated circuits and enormous amplifier is not required, so maintenance of the machine is simple.
By this unique auto-Striper, at one feeder can have multi-fingers operate and synchronously feed yarns (up to 4 fingers possible) and knit them at the same time, and further have facility of having all fingers in non-yarn feeding condition, so in case of in-lay pattern, it is possible to knit stripe pattern where with and without in-lay yarns.

Auto-Striper Actuator and Auto-Striper driving assembly
The auto-striper actuator is located inside the auto-striper and rotates with the machine synchronously, and one set is equipped on a machine and comprised with 8 solenoids and cams which is a simple mechanism making the maintenance easy.
It is the portion where driving the auto-striper actuator, and is designed so that it will operate precisely, and it includes the contact ring for auto-striper actuator.

With memory function, the computer control thread adjustment system can control 4/6 colors thread and can word as you required. Hi-tech man-machine interface liquid touch screen facilities the internal programmed modification so as to change the width of colored strip fabric. Equipping additional elastic yarn feed device, it can produce long range elastic colored stripe fabric.

Yarn feeding device and Sinker cap
With this yarn feeding device makes it possible to knit high quality fabric for striping. Fixed type sinker cap had been adopted, and had been designed so that timing adjustment of sinker cap and removing the sinker cap can be done easily.

Fabric types and derivative patterns
Through needles selecting and cams arrangement the machine can produce plain Jersey, 1× 1 tuck, 2× 2 tuck, other tuck stitches, Float stitch, Inlay pattern, Crepe, Mini-jacquard, any one of above combined with striping. By using the multi-functional yarn feeders, equally and stably adding Lycra into the stitch is very easy.
