The roller is made of special high quality carbon steel produced by famous steel plant and through unique technology, modernized special produce equipment, digital-control machines and processing center. The working surfaces are helical knurling left and right alternatively or cross knurling. The surface of roller is quenched by high frequency induction current and plated with hard chromium. Therefore, its surface is very smooth, no bur, its accuracy and wear resistance are very high, no fibre grasped. When working, it is stable and no bend, no deformation, so it can reduce farthest the "machine wave" on the yarn which usually appears on fine cotton yarn. Therefore, the yarn evenness can be greatly improved, the wear of bottom apron can be decreased. It is also suitable for drafting under heavy weighting.
