Lattice Apron (Mesh Apron)
Our new Lattice Apron has following advantage:
1)Special weaving structure
Our Mesh apron(Lattice Apron) is made by Plain Jacquard weaving structure instead of normal twill structure. This Plain Jacquard structure can improve the friction of yarn and Lattice Apron for getting the best spinning quality. At same time this new weaving structure can ensure its edge is not easy to loose and keep core place running without any moving to left or right side on the Suction tube. As mills' experience, the Plain Jacquard structure is much easier for cleanning the surface of mesh apron than twill weaving also.

2)Anti-static performance
Our Lattice Apron is made by high anti-static yarn from Dupont USA original. The yarn strength is very good. And the yarn is treated by electric carbon with black color. The carbon is mixed with special nylon material. So we can get the best antistatic performance. At same time, we also can supply anti-static with silver plating yarn same as Suessen 5 stars.
3)Stability of size
It is treated by special heat setting technology. We can get the good stability for its size although it is running in bad moisture condition.
4)Ventilate performance
Its mesh is well-proportioned in the basic fabric. The proper density of weaving and diameter of yarn can be suitable for all kinds of yarn for compact spinning.

5)Strong Edge
Lattice Apron life is mostly depended on its edge. Our Lattice Apron edge is designed and cutted by special technology. Its edge is very smooth and strong.
