Usage:
This dual-function fabric inspection machine is specially designed for inspecting various fabrics such as cotton, knitted fabrics, tricot, woven and so on. With dual function of inspecting fabrics from roll to roll or roll to pile.

1. This fabric inspection machine is a dual function machine which could inspect fabrics from roll to roll or from roll to plaited pile.
2. Auto edge-aligning system consists of edge sensor and hydraulic station has been adopted to promote the efficiency on inspection.
3. Spiral expanding rollers will be adopted according to different fabrics to spread fabrics without any curled edge.
4. Fabric tension is adjustable by the speed difference between main motors managed by inverters.
5. All the speed adjustment, tension controlling and other controls are available on the control panel which offers an easy operation.
6. All the feeding rollers and winding rollers are driven by imported gear motors.
