Our new model JX-03 Da. Vinci rotary screen printing machine with open bearing system, the main advantage as below:

1) Using Austria B&R servo independent control system, with humane machine interface panel, auto-detect function to improve the management and make the production more effective, meanwhile, which can be connected with the enterprise LAN for long term remote control and fault diagnosis via the internet.
2) Open net base and many top positions design, which can change cylinder and scraper in every specification and the motor continue running while changing the flowery net.
3) Magnetic rod and scraper in the same machine can be used simultaneously.
4) The cylinder drives independently.

5) The warp, weft and diagonal can be automatic positioning and pitch.
6) It can automatically control magnetic platform and demagnetize instantaneously to avoid th emergence of defective cloth when textile sewing pass through the cylinder.
7) Equipped with two brush rollers, wiper and blade, using recycled water, energy saving, free pulling and cleaning conveniently.
8) The drying chamber with multi-layer cloth threading and temperature auto-regulation.
9) Heating transfer by steam, by thermal oil or by natural gas for option.
